“Its the first time I have used this service, BUT, the horror stories of how much money is knocked off from the original on line valuation has to be taken into account. To phrase it, "the word on the street" was not far off wrong. I do beleive a more realistic initial valuation would help , as I do believe the shock of being down graded hundreds of pounds , of which I was, does not help your current modest public image of you. As to the rest of the process, the guy at the appointment was excellent, the experience good with everything being outlined and the payment process, well explained and executed.”
