“Very good service”

“After the first delivery date had passed and no communication I contact ed them via email. It took a day or to for a non automated reply. But once my order was looked into they sorted everything quickly and my ordered was sent out. I was expecting the chemicals to come to but I've never received them.”

“Hot tub came earlier than the pre order date which was great! Would be nice to be able to have a phone number to discuss queries with but did get fairly good response via email thus guess I have to get more use to the technical age we are in! Lol”

“Very pleased with my new hot tub! A few teething problems initially, but a quick email to customer services prompted a response and advice ( after a week the change filter messages came on- there was nothing to say what to do in the instruction booklet), Customer Services advised me what to do to reset the pump and all's now well with it. It's just so lovely at the end of a bus work day to get in the hot tub and relax in sunny weather and all in my back garden- so no need to travel!”

“Spa is lovely,our only issue was the delivery date was delayed but we were not notified,if i hadn't contacted to confirm we would not have known,new date for one week later, however it actually came sooner,it would be beneficial for customers to be better informed about the delivery by wave spa rather than the customer having to contact them.”

“Firstly start with the positive. Our hot tub arrived, the foam one, and is superb. Good quality, far superior to an inflatable. However, the product was meant to arrive on one date, got brought forward, no further correspondence so I took time off to wait. No show. Tis is where I feel the company need to improve, communication. Sending emails and waiting 4 days for a response between each email is a bit prehistoric, probably quicker with a carrier pigeon. All being said they did rectify the issue and sent the hot tub out reasonably promptly, would have been quicker if the customer service functioned faster. I have been offered a partial refund, but again the process for that is like watching paint dry. Great product, let down by slow service. I would recommend though, just with open eyes.”
