I have not opened the box and set the spar up yet so the review is on pre spar usage, the site was dreadful to order the free start up pack and the order went Through without it, I emailed twice before a responce but one acknowledged the items came in about a week. The spar takes time to arrive but it did a week before original delivery date. Delivery updates from Wave were good and spar is hard to be set up.

The original pre order date was moved back by a few weeks but then ended up coming a bit earlier so was only about 10 days after my original delivery date in the end. However I absolutely love the hot tub... so easy to set up and was up and running the same day! I had an email almost every Monday after my order date to update me with am arrival date which was good. Overall very happy with my purchase and service received

Enjoying using my wave Osaka. I would like clearer instructions or a video about connecting the different pipes snd the filter, it’s not easy for one person! Overall happy and hope to get a good few years use from it!

Heaven and hell This is the feedback that I sent to them direct. It has been a difficult journey and to finally sit in my hot tub is a joy. You could have made the process much smoother and less frustrating. The first tub had a serious fault, as it deflated, and was replaced. It would have been so much nicer to talk to a human being about the issues as there was a heatwave at the time. Then the O rings leaked badly and, as there was a shortage, it took 2 weeks to receive replacements. Another heatwave and no one to talk to. So though it is a difficult time with Covid, it is not pleasant to sit by an unusable hot tub for a month and keep getting emails promoting Wave Spa.

So far so good. No mention of a chlorine shock in the instruction though which I’ve been told is quite important! Delivery was sooner than expected though snd easy set up

Easy to assemble. Great for me and the husband. Plenty of room for 2 people if you want to stretch out and relax. Bit cramp with 4. Over all very happy with it

Does anyone else seem to be having this issue? I have changed the filter and held my finger on the filter button as required but nothing is working? I go to use the hot tub and the water is cold! No contact number to get hold of wave direct and it’s getting really annoying

Hi there, If you haven't already tried this, please do as this should resolve it: Please could you press and hold the filter button until you hear the heater make a single beep and the display reads 150. This will reset the filter and resolve the issues you are having. If you do have any further problems please contact warrantyclaims@wavedirect.co.uk and they should be able to help you. We ordered the Swift Rigid and it comes in two boxes. Only 1 box was delivered on the due date instead of two. It was the fault of DPD, but Josh at Wave Spa's resolved it and we had it delivered the following day at 5.00pm when I returned from work. Apart from this initial hick up, Wave Spa kept me informed of when we would receive the SPA as we received it a month earlier than anticipated.
