“I was a bit sceptical about purchasing a hot tub after seeing quite a few bad reviews/comments. I took the plunge though and purchased the Swift with a delivery date of about a month to wait. I was informed of a 9 day delay but after making enquiries which were always responded to the tub was delivered only a few days late. It was way to set up and we love it. Just cleaning it out for the first time today and all seems spot on. Kids love it too. I've purchased some accessories which I hope will arrive soon.”

“The delivery of the liner was amazingly fast, well done! We haven’t as yet put this pacific liner up yet but hoping it lasts longer than the last one, which was just out of 6 month warranty when it went , 6 month warranty is nothing , these liners should be lasting if looked after well a lot longer than that. But hey second chance given as we really liked it other than it went so early.”

“We are very with our spa delivery was good.just a bit disappointed ww had to go out and buy a spa chemicals starter kit because we are having to wait for the one we ordered. That is our only issue”

“Ordering is easy on wave spas website and paying by instalments with Klarna made our purchase more affordable as well. Although I didn’t have a pre order date, the tub arrived within a week (note that I didn’t read delivery instructions properly - the chemicals get delivered earlier than the hot tub!) But clear guides and instructions on their site and handy videos to check how you should be putting the hot tub together. Chemical guides are particularly useful. Would and have recommended buying a hot tub from Wave.”

“The product is great. The instructions for setting up certainly needs improving as the foam round the top, is not even mentioned in the booklet, nore on the u tube version. The delay in its arrival (almost a month) left it's bitterness though. Little things like the above can make a high difference to a company reputation. Look forward to a better service on the future.”
