Their customer service is very professional, friendly and don't take your money for nothing. “I went to the Gillingham branch with my MOT failure from elsewhere (groupon voucher)and the place I got the mot from could not rectify what was wrong as they stated it needed specialist tools, on speaking to John from Gillingham branch, he said that they could fix my vw transporter no problem, I took it in the next day and within a short time it was all fixed and ready for its retest! Thanks John and team at Gillingham for taking the pressure off and for your friendliness,they are a lovely bunch of lads and it was a reasonable cost too, cannot recommend them enough!”

“Thought I needed a new tyre as side looked worn. Took it to Watling Ashford and they checked tyre and advised ok and no need to replace. Could easily have just put a new one on as I would have been none the wiser. Will definitely return as feel confident I won't be ripped off.”
