“I went to Ashford branch today, having first spoken to Ricky on the phone who was most helpful. As always there was a bit more to be done than anticipated, but the lad who fitted my tyres was most polite and helpful and explained everything clearly. I was not expecting such a pleasant experience but felt obliged to write a review so that those higher up are made aware of the good efforts of their staff. John Newton, Chairman, Turfsoil Ltd.”

“Went to redhill Watling the other day and was not happy with the service I got from the mangers and the way they talk to there staff in the garage not happy at all the staff in the garage are lovely just sad that there mangers have no respect from Linda”

“Went into Watling Tyres (Ashford Kent) a month ago to replace rear tyres. They said that they were still legal and I had over a month left. Took them back today and got great service at a better price than elsewhere - eg when asked tyre size (i didn't know) one of the fitters went immediately instead of sending me out to check. Really impressed - Tim”

“I first went to Watking tyres after I got my first flat tyre last year and the service was fast, friendly and affordable :-) Like the knowledge and skills of mechanics but the service like in a bank :-) Since then i share a car with my partner and we needed almost a complete new exhaust system for our little Clio 182 and once again the team were very friendly, understanding, accommodating, efficient , explained everything the whole way along and kept in contact regarding the progress. “I was unlucky to have a blowout in our horsebox today, so having contacted my insurers I was phoned by Watling tyres in Redhill at 09.33 stating they'd be with me within the hour.......on the M23!!!!!! Good God what a service. The fitter was with me by 10.10 and was absolutely marvellous. Once he'd established a safety net behind his van he set to work on my lorry. Absolutely marvellous, I cannot thank him enough. He was professional, prompt and took pride in his job, in a dangerous area of work. British industry could do with more companies and workers like this. Thanks Mr Haydon and Watling Tyres.”

“Great service just about to go on holiday had a flat tyre went to the Redhill branch. Found that I needed a new tyre and I did not have a spare. Unfortunately they did not have one in stock but made a few calls and found one at another branch.They then sent a van to get my tyre while I left the car at the branch. I went back after a couple of hours and my car was ready.I must say that this was a great help so that I could continue my journey. Once again thank you so much.”

“Rainham, Kent branch. I have been getting my car MOT here for a few years. These guys are fantastic. They just solved a knock that 2 other garages couldnt solve and done it for far less than other places wanted to charge. The staff really know their stuff and are all very friendly. I trust these guys completely and I didnt realise they could do so much. Its not just about tyres.”

“Visited Catford branch to have new tyres and tubes fitted to my newly built Moto Guzzi wire wheels. Every care was taken with them and the job was carried out professionally and politely. Not a mark on them ! Would use this branch again - recommended.”

“Had two front tyres fitted at Sittingbourne. Experienced a rumble - they told me to bring the car back for a check. They retracked the steering, the rumble persisted, so they called it in a second time. They found the offside front ball joint was worn but as the car was due a service the next day I declined their offer to do the repair.Watling tyres refused to charge me for the extra work, even though the problem was not related to the fitting of the new tyres. The courtesy of the staff and the quality of their service will ensure that I will always use this branch”

“Disgusted with the service from two branches. Walked into gillingham branch to ask about fitting 4 new tyres for my car and did explain that the tyres I currently have is winter one's and wanted to fit summer tyres which I already have brand new set. Was quoted 16 pounds all inclusive per tyre including the disposal of the old one ! Told the guy that I do not need to dispose the old one as I will refit it begining of winter . Still the same price..... no difference . Phoned Rainham branch explained the same circumstances was quoted £24.10 all incluisve per tyre a difference of £8.10 from one branch to another and they are 1 mile apart. That what I call a day robbery . Shame on you .”
