“I contacted the Rainham branch on the 13th September regarding my MOT that day with advisories on both front tyres. They needed to be changed as soon as possible, he gave me a quote for all range of tyres and the price. He then made sure they where going to be in stock for the next day for me to go and get them done! (As they had none on the shelf) When they where delivered he gave me a call to let me know! The customer service was amazing and I'm so happy with it! Went this morning to get them done, was offered a drinke tc whilst I waited. Thank you so much, Paris”

“Contacted the Gillingham branch for new tyres and new rear wheel bearings, was advised that they could do the bearings however do not stock them and advised to purchase my own then they would complete it as part of the new tyres at no extra cost. Absolutely great service, will definetly reccomend”

“One of the rear tyres on our motorhome started to disintegrate on the motorway. We managed to get to Watling Tyres in Rainham and the guys there were cheerful and competent. Options were offered, but we decided to have both rear tyres changed. They took the motorhome straight in, and we were back on our holiday within the hour.”

“I discovered a puncture in a rear tyre late am today, Sat 7 Sept, I phoned at 11.15 and arrived at T. Wells depot at 11.30. Both rear tyres were found to be showing signs of crazing on the outermost edges so I decided to replace them. The staff moved quickly to collect 2 new tyres from a nearby depot and then fitted them before 12 noon. Excellent service as they closed at 12 noon.”
