“Drove in to Rainham branch without an appointment for two new tyres. They fitted them there and then. I was in and out in twenty minutes. Very sleek and professional when dealing with me. Would highly recommend them. Courteous and easy going, but lads. Please change that coffee machine.”

“Excellent service. Had a problem with the exhaust. Called in the garage to have the exhaust looked at. The mechanic looked at the exhaust, diagnosed the problem and fixed it on the spot as it was a straight forward fix as something had come loose. They did not charge me anything for solving the problem with the exhaust. That’s what I call an honest reliable garage. Will definitely be going back.”

“Scooter and his team in Rainham, Kent go beyond what is thought of as good customer service in my oppinion. Not only are you greeted with a cup of coffee (to your liking) whilst you wait but on enquiring about a concern I had regarding a piece of torn rubber off a back tyre on a mini (with no spare tyre), not only did he have a look at it at no charge but ordered a new tyre just in case it needed replacing, which it didn’t. He put my mind at rest and I felt that I could trust his judgement. Wonderful service 10 out of 10.”

“This is a late review. Better late than never. On 29th November 2018 I went to Watling Tyres at Redhill as I was worried the tyres I had put on were not actually winter ones. I didn't wait long and a very pleasant man called Glynn came and assured me they were the correct winter tyres. I offered to pay which he declined, as he is a tyre expert he could tell me straight away. He also took the time to explain about the tyres which was very helpful. I will definitely go to Watlings Redhill in the future. Glynn restored my faith in a company that doesn't rip it's clients off. Thank you.”

“Called in to Redhill branch following advisory from MOT. On quick visual inspection no new tyres needed but as problem on inside wall of tyre, offered to remove there and then to be 100% sure. Very helpful and friendly even though not expecting any business from me at this point. Thank you. Will use in future.”
