“Called into Gillingham branch initially for quote. Given good straight forward advice with clear options. Then sorted there an then. Could not fault service! Would recommend especially for those who haven’t a clue about cars. I felt confident I was given unbiased advice”

“At 80 they look after me brilliantly, ensuring safe driving.Thank you all especially Ryan and Glynn. Twice they have detected nails in two tyres, repaired/replaced when necessary. We moved here from Stafford and my garage recommended Watling :excellent reputation AND free tyre pressure check! Absolutely 1st.Class in every way.”

“Watling Tyres HASTINGS . Had problems with my and daughters Aygos . Spoke with the Watling guy who was very helpful and gave sound and honest advice for repair. This is the old style customer service where there is a genuine effort to help the customer. Although a national company ,it has the feel of a local garage who want the customers to return and I certainly will. Highly recommended.”

“I called in to my local Watling Tyres in the off chance they could help me. I had found a large gouge out one of my tyres. They were able to help me immediately, they were helpful and friendly. Glynn was the person who sorted everything out for me, he was very helpful. I will recommend them to everyone.”

“Went to my local Watling tyre branch in Gillingham Kent , Canterbury Rd branch, to have tyres changed from one rim to another nothing complicated. I had the misfortune to get a complete idiot, apparently the manager, with a rubbish attitude deal with my request. For some strange reason he thought that one rim was wider then the other. I pointed out that the tyre on one rim which came from the rear of the car was indeed wider, as that is how things are done on 1960s american muscle cars. He then got a plastic gauge out to measure the width of the rims by putting the gauge on the tyres which of course are different widths. He came to the conclusion that one rim was half an inch wider than the other. Yes you idiot, that would happen if one tyre is wider then the other. He should have put the gauge on the rims not on the tyres. He then removed 3 balance weights to reveal, yes both rims are stamped 7x15. The idiot refused to carry out my request to swap tyres even though I had been twice before to this shop to have new tyres fitted. So why, you complete idiot, would not do as requested this time.? I am aware one rim is out of line, it would be used as a spare if it was a problem. Why did you carry out my requests on 2 separate occasions before? I left the shop minus 3 balance weights that you removed, you complete idiot.”

“Above and beyond. I used Watling Tyres Redhill for the first time ever this evening. I went there with a puncture and ending up having to buy a new Tyre as I had damaged the side wall. I was sorted out quickly by a bloke called Paul. Who after fitting the Tyre asked if I wanted the Pressure sensor re set on my dash. As i didn't know how to I let him do it and with in seconds job was done. Thank you very much for a job done quickly and well.”

“Took my car to the Margate branch, to find that the tyres I ordered had not been delivered. The staff did a fantastic job of resolving the problem, and had it all sorted by the end of the day. Mistakes happen, and a measure of a company is how they deal with them. Margate branch went above and beyond, hence a 5 star rating. Thanks guys.”

“Watling Tyres Hastings solved a potentially difficult problem for me. Over 70 miles from home with a nail in my tyre and needing to get back home. Very prompt, efficient, courteous and friendly service had me sat on a chair in the sun whilst the problem was solved and I was on my way as fast as could be. Many thanks indeed for such excellent service.”
