“My motorbike failed its MOT, at Watlings Catford. The MOT tester was friendly, knowledgeable and offered plenty of advice on the best way to resolve the issues. The exhaust silencers on my 4 year old Suzuki, were rusted , rotten and crumbling, plus my brake lever and clutch lever, had both taken a knock leaving them too short for a pass. It took me a couple of days to find the parts on ebay, once they arrived , I headed back to Watlings. Mark, quickly and efficiently removed the old silencers, put the replacements on, changed the oil, and filter, and changed the levers. Proper excellent job. friendly, polite, Knowledgeable, helpful staff, and job done immediately at sensible price, you couldn't want for anything more. 11 out of 10. Big Thanks”

“So. I Went to the Gillingham branch for a set of PR4's for a motorbike. I gave the EXACT size to them but none in stock, but a phone call and I was told Sittingborne had some. I ride there and they tell me they have them. Wheel and tyre removed and...nope. None in stock. They did have them at Maidstone so they send a driver there and back to collect them. So I sit and wait for an hour and finally they arrive. They get fitted and I pay. But wait, not over yet as when I go to the bike they've fitted the rear tyre backwards. So I wait some more for the wheel to be removed again and the tyre fitted the right way round. In total nearly 4hrs of messing around. I know stuff happens. But for a store that say they fit loads of motorcycle tyres I was astonished that no one noticed a tyre fitted backwards. Not somewhere I'll go again.”
