“Excellent service at Gravesend. One tyre fitted no problems”

“Fantastic service today from the boys at your gravesend depot. I was greeted by Tony the manager as I got out of my car. I was unsure if I needed my tracking looking at or my wheels balanced. The boys checked my tracking and that was fine; I was grateful for their honesty and help where most garages would have charged me regardless. Can't recommend them enough especially as I am not a woman who knows about cars. Thank you Tony and staff.”

“I went into your Gravesend branch today and it was like a breath of fresh air. I had been previously told by another garage that I needed 4 new tyres ! As a single Mum this is almost impossible for me to afford all at once, I had been told by a girlfriend that you are a fair place to go, so decided I would pop into your branch and get a second opinion. I'm so pleased I did, I was met by Tony with a nice "Morning how may I help you", I explained what had happened and asked if someone could possibly have a look for me, he said yes I'll get someone for you, they were a bit busy so I expected a wait, Colin who was next to him said that he would come out right away and check them, I stayed inside, two minutes and he was back and explained that I did in fact only need 2, my initial reaction was, are you sure? He said my other 2 had plenty more miles yet and didn't need replacing. I was so pleased and annoyed at the other garage at the same time, I asked could they be done today, he said it would be about 5 minutes and he could get my car in, sure enough within half an hour I was on my way with 2, not 4, new tyres and a smile on my face. Sorry my review is rather long, I wanted to say that as a woman I frequently feel reluctant to go to a garage about my car, as so often we are taken advantage off and made to spend more than we actually need to, as I found at the other garage!! It was so nice to be greeted in a pleasant manor, be served quickly and HONESTLY, I will only be coming to this branch from now on and will be recommending you to everyone I know, Thank You Tony and Colin for making it a stress free experience.”

“I use the services of the Redhill Depot on a regular basis. I find their service to be second to none and the turnaround almost unbelievable. The mobile tyre fitter Glynn is without doubt the most customer focused and efficient, tyre fitter I have had the pleasure have on my site. All round great service from Glynn and Redhill”

“Appalling service today by Tony on the reception desk in Gravesend. Went to the office to book an MOT test after doing the school run. As I had my baby twins in the car, I stayed by the office door while trying to do the booking. Tony said I had to close the door and approach the desk. I said I could not as I had two babies in the car. He said, in a unfriendly tone, I could not have the door open because their heating was on. I said I would leave it. He said “ok: ok then!”. So inflexible and insensitive! He would rather I left my babies alone because he was feeling cold! What a way to lose a customer!”

“Bill was great. Arrived at the Dover branch with a question about my tyres and realised, upon expert advice, that all four were in need of replacement. Gave me a good deal (not easy on an XC90) and arranged for the tyres to be collected within the hour from Ashford. In and out in two hours. Utterly superb.”
