“Rainham Great service as always”

“They are helpful and professional in the Redhill branch. We have been purchasing tyres there for the last 15 years following a recommendation from a neighbour. The advice given is always balanced and in the interests of the customer and not a quick sale. Yesterday I took my car in for a slow puncture repair. I don't have a spare so I needed quick and efficient service which is exactly what I received (as always). I would not hesitate to recommend Watlings to a friend. The manager has been there for years and I trust his advice. Ryan did a good job of fixing my puncture yesterday, no new tyre required and the charge was very reasonable for the time taken. While I was there an elderly lady came in to ask for her type pressures to be checked and although there is no profit in this type of service, it was taken care of by a friendly member of the team. Thanks Watlings, for making tyre replacement and maintenance a trouble free process for me.”

“Dropped in at opening time with a punctured tyre. Unable to be repaired, but replaced with a like tyre and as i like replacing in pairs on the axle. All put back wheels rotated. Spacesaver put back on all within 25 minutes. Fantastic service and a coffee whilst waiting.”

Their service was very quick and the mechanic who helped was very polite and friendly explaining fully what the options were before ordering a new tyre which arrived the next day! “Visited the Hastings Branch today for a slow puncture that had been gradually getting worse. I called expecting to have to book an appointment but was told to come straight down. “Just coming up for MOT and knew I needed to replace at least 2 tyres. I called Friday but hadn't time to go in, so went on Saturday. Tyres were inspected and 2 were OK so other two to be replaced and I asked for tracking to be checked, as wear on tyres was uneven. Staff very polite and helpful. Offered me coffee (nice gesture, but I don't drink it). Tracking was out, so that was corrected. Overall approx 1 hour. Have been here before and will continue to use them as needed.”

“I normally do not leave reviews but thought it was prudent to this time. The guys at the Gillingham branch do an absolutely amazing job. The customer service is first class, the workmanship fantastic and their ability and patience to fit emergency jobs in wonderful. (As long as you have the patience to wait in turn for a fitter to be free). You do not need to go anywhere else for your service and tyres. Thank you guys”
