“I found the service extremely good. The booking staff were pleasant and polite on the telephone. They were prompt with their e-mails and kept me up to date with bookings available. My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and courtesly. So nice to get someone answering a phone with a smile on their face. I know they had as it reflects in a persons voice when they talk to you.”

“We decided we wanted to book a lodge in Scotland so we went on the waterside website, we found what we were looking for and went through the booking process which is very easy to follow (as we are not techies!!) We had a couple of questions to ask which we did through the email option on the contact us and we were responded to very promptly. All in all if the holiday turns out to be as good as the service we have received we should have a grat time!!”

“My girlfriend and I were looking for a short last minute break. I provisionally booked it on Sunday evening when the offices were closed. We kept our fingers crossed in hope that we hadn't missed out on what looked like a fantastic deal in a gorgeous location. To our delight on Monday at 9:01 am (the offices open at 9am) We received a call to say that we could take our break. Waterside Breaks were very very professional, polite and friendly. I paid the money, then we packed and went. Then we spent the next four days in total luxury and had one of the best breaks we have ever had. Thanks to everyone at Waterside Breaks Dave & Sue”
