“Would be easier to book online without having to fill out an online form and wait to be contacted to give your card details over the phone. Otherwise it was straight forward.”

“must say service was excellent. I wanted to book for a holiday outwith the dates online and the girls went out of their way to sort it out for me and called me back when they said they would. “I found the service extremely good. The booking staff were pleasant and polite on the telephone. They were prompt with their e-mails and kept me up to date with bookings available. My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and courtesly. So nice to get someone answering a phone with a smile on their face. I know they had as it reflects in a persons voice when they talk to you.”

“We decided we wanted to book a lodge in Scotland so we went on the waterside website, we found what we were looking for and went through the booking process which is very easy to follow (as we are not techies!!) We had a couple of questions to ask which we did through the email option on the contact us and we were responded to very promptly. All in all if the holiday turns out to be as good as the service we have received we should have a grat time!!”
