“We found the service very good. Your operative was very friendly, reassuring and helped us to select a chalet in Thurne without any fuss. She spoke with us and not to us. The whole business was completed in a matter of minutes. Pity other companies do not follow your lead. “I have frequently used the internet to book holidays and shortbreaks in Britain so am familiar with on-line booking. I was surprised that your website did not offer the facility to be able to make an immediate booking, however I have to say that my booking enquiry was dealt with in a speedy and efficient way. I came home from a days work to find a message had been left early in the working day, I rang the number provided and spoke with Tim who was very polite and helpful and was able to confirm my booking within minutes. All in all the experience was very good and it was nice to be able to interact with a human being for once.”

“Staff very pleasant and helpful. Only irritation was receiving an e-mail almost immediately to say I would be contacted by the owners when I had paid.
