“I spoke with Tim in bookings late last night re a booking and he rang me agin first thing the next day without any prompting , also supplied me with a lot of advice and alternatives with my booking request, very hepful and a very professional attitude. Do not hear of many examples . very very happy”

“From the minute I booked with waterside breaks i got 1st class service. Tim Wells was the guy on the end of the phone, he got me a good deal and was very helpful even when I emailed him after it was all booked. I just hope it is as good as it looks and the sun shines.
