“Probably the most helpful and friendly customer services person I have ever spoken to. The call was answered on the 2nd ring and the representative knew all about the property, the additional details and follow up contact process. A large amount of information was conveyed to me but all in a very pleasant conversational manner rather than just a statement of fact. All in all top marks 10/10.”
