“Thankyou. The internet booking routine proved problematic for this reservation in mid 2014, with links etc not working. However, the telephone service was excellent, absolutely top quality, and much the best way to do business”

“I found the service extremely good. The booking staff were pleasant and polite on the telephone. They were prompt with their e-mails and kept me up to date with bookings available. My enquiry was dealt with efficiently and courtesly. So nice to get someone answering a phone with a smile on their face. I know they had as it reflects in a persons voice when they talk to you.”

“The phone was answered quickly. The lady was very helpful and rang back as promised with the answer to a query. She then booked the holiday for us efficiently and in a friendly manner. The confirmation etc. was then emailed to me promptly.”
