We accept that there was an error in the property description regarding the upstairs WC and we are very sorry that was so. We are very careful about all holiday cottage descriptions and hope everyone has a lovely holiday. We have amended this accordingly on our website.

“The immediate response and help from Tim was first class bizarrely treated like a customer!!! Have looked at several weekend breaks walked away from most because of poor attitude which as I work in the service arena I find appalling .Anyway rant over , very much hope that our weekend will be as good as we think it will be.
