“Very easy to use service and generally a good experience. Car was looking pretty grubby, including a lot of bird droppings. They did inside and out for a decent value and in good time. Some minor dirt in the window cracks left and they didn't clean the boot. However, all round happy and good value for money considering the convince. Guy who valeted the car were very professional, polite and good communicators.”

“Very happy with the service, think the guy forgot to wax my car but this was sorted out so quickly and I was given a refund for the cost of the waxing. Small human errors can happen and it was just overlooked, its just how its dealt with.and was happy with the outcome. My wheels look amazing and the car smelt lovely and fresh. Great customer service.and very fast in getting back to you. Very impressed. Friendly valeter, would recommend and will be using them again. Happy customer”

“Excellent service except for the wrong address being given to the driver - no idea how my payment would have been accepted without correct address - the car looks brand new - very courteous and helpful guy who cleaned it and moved it to bearer his van”

“So, my initial experience wasn't great as the system had inadvertently made a double booking so I didnt have my car done at the time I had booked. However, they say a sign of a good company is how they deal with complaints and I spoke to Will who was very apologetic and did everything to rearrange for a suitable time for me, calling me back when he said he would. My washer, Michael, did my car today. He was great, managed to get rid of loads of dog hair from my boot, and was a thoroughly nice chap, very polite and also very apologetic about the mix up. Which means that, despite my initial hiccup, I will definitely come back again. Thanks Will and thanks Michael.”

“It was a 120-150 min job, but only took 30 mins. I reserved judgement until the canvas roof had dried fully. I was pleased with the result. My only issue was the guy could have been more warm and friendly towards his (new) customer, but I can’t fault his work. I would book this again when it next requires a thorough clean. It’s very convenient having them come to you, and with them supplying the water and power from the van. 5/5 for convenience.”

“Great service. Staff shortage led to a very late start time, and communication could have been better, hence only four stars, but it was resolved and my car now looks amazing. Would definitely recommend”

“Quite a good service - the silver valet. Just two issues; an unclean patch on driver's side rear door, which was quickly cleaned, when pointed out. Discovered after that rear bumper has marks on it and the exterior parts were not "plastic dressed". Veronica 28th May 2020 SW17 7UL”
