“Initial appointment had mistakenly been double booked but they called and rescheduled. They arrived an hour late but kept me informed of this as they were held up. They did an AMAZING job of cleaning my car though. Real attention to detail. Thank you! Will definitely use again.”

“Unfortunately the valetors generator was not working so he had to use my electricity.2 hrs worth. When he'd finished i went out and saw finger prints on my rear door . Interior looks good but not impressed of the standard of the exterior. Certainly not worth the £75 i spent hence only 3 stars. I would have said £40 - £50 at most.”

“Having had a no show on a previous occasion, this time the operator was running an hour outside the one hour window, so I assumed it was another no show. I couldn't find out what was happening ( emails, texts, calls, live chats). The operator, Arthur, did arrive but was booked for another job he did not want to be late for and so a 'Silver plus valet' was done in 40mins. Various parts of the interior were missed out. When I fed this back with photos, I was told someone would come round the next day to resolve it and was given a 1 hour time slot. As the one hour time slot expired, I was told it was the same person, Arthur, and he was running late again. When he did turn up he wasn't prepared to finish off the job as he claimed that I should have booked a gold valet if I wanted it cleaned properly. I only booked an £80 silver plus valet and Arthur argued it was apparently not enough to get the car valeted properly. When I said I had booked silver before and car was cleaned to a high standard, Arthur and his girlfriend started shouting at me in the street and then walked off. Arthur has a 5* review record and this where I have concerns about how the system operates. Turning up late twice (outside the 1 hour window) and not doing basic clean like vacuuming door pockets or wiping dashboard calls into question the 5* reviews, then arguing when asked to put it right, which would have taken 5mins makes the review record look inaccurate. Interestingly there is no way of leaving a review for the operator only Wash Doctors as a company.”

“BP Mobile Car Valeting arrived a few minutes early, politely refused my offer of a tea or coffee, and got started right away. The car is spotless, inside and out, including sills I can't access. A job very well done.”

“Can't speak highly enough of Lysandra, the guys arrived on time and spent a good hour going over the car with pain staking care, including getting rid of some very sticky bugs! The car is coming up to a year old but looks back to being brand new – there's not a spec on it and inside it's fab as well. What a great – it's rare these days to get someone who takes such pride in their work - if you get the chance book Lysandra on the app!”
