“Top Gear Service!!! Jack was prompt, polite, very hardworking and thorough! The silver service was a beautiful result but Jack also respectfully helped me to understand how the full premium package could be the way to truly looking after my car, especially as it is such an expensive, valuable asset in our lives! Thank you, will definitely aim to upgrade next time.”

“Jack wss brilliant. Arrived early ( as he had a cancellation), very polite and professionally. Did an excellent job inside and out and also advised me about the stubborn stains on tbe roof he couldnt remove. Highly recommend and will definatly use them again”

“Zero issues with the company/person assigned to wash our minibus, very good and professional. Unfortunately, we would not use wash doctors again - having booked an XL vehicle, the largest option possible and provided vehicle details (£82), we were charged an additional £88 on the day or washdoctors would not let the person assigned to wash continue. The booking process felt misleading and perhaps needs a review to stop this happening again.”

Hi Katie, Thank you for your feedback and we are sorry to hear that you are disappointed with the service. We have tried to contact you to discuss this but have been unable to reach you. Unfortunately, the vehicle was booked in as a XL car which as stated on the website is for 4x4 or 7 seater. Upon arrival our technician informed us that your vehicle was an 18 seater long wheel base bus, which due to its size and condition takes considerably more time to valet. We did call you before beginning the valet and spoke to your colleague, to explain this and offer you the option of cancelling with a full refund, or the option to continue the valet with an additional cost to cover the level of service required, to which we were instructed to proceed with the valet. We do apologise if this was not made clear to you. Please feel free to respond to our emails or return our calls as we are eager to discuss this with you and come to a resolution.

“Speedy and efficient. Only dropped a star as the cleaner left the car lights on which I didnt spot as I was in a meeting. Thankfully my neighbour noticed ,- so all is well”

“A straightforward process with a great end result. I had some nasty paintwork scratches on my car. I recevied two quotes within a couple of days and booked my chosen one. The original guy had a calendar conflict so Wash Doctors replaced him with another technician (Mo). Mo was on time and did a great job. In short, I'm very pleased with the outcome!”
