“The range of service options was appealing. The booking process was easy. Frank, the allocated technician was a nice man and a high-quality operator. One suggestion. He was in an unmarked van and did not show me any company ID. I didn't ask for it, but once I'd left him to it, it did cross my mind that I should have seen something confirming it was not a scam, speaking as someone who has been scammed before.”

“I expected more for the price, paid for a premium interior valet at £95. There was still dust in the vents, crumbs left around the gearstick etc. Was booked between 10-1 and turned up at 2:30 so I think it was rushed.”
