“Ordering process was quick and easy. Delivery took longer than expected probably due the fact I'm used to everything coming in within 24 hours however once arrived no problems. They look lovely now they are in place”

Hi Thank you for your review and photograph. We are delighted you are happy, but we're most concerned about your delivery experience, and so have looked into this for you. Having checked we can see you ordered your item on Saturday night. Your item was received manufactured, & shipped on Monday. This was delivered & received by you at 10.38am on Tuesday morning. So in real terms your order was dealt with on Monday and delivered on Tuesday morning, which we believe to be within your expected 24hrs. We hope this clears things up for you. “The picture was even nicer than expected and delivered next day. Looks fantastic. Would have given 5 stars but the hanging fittings were not there....transferred the ones from the old picture so not a problem for us.”

“The ordering of goods is very easy and communication was good the downside was the delivery was poor (not down to wallfiller) the courier company APC left it with neighbour but did not leave card to say which neighbours. Apart from that would recommend.”

“Pictures delivered really quickly. Unfortunately there was an issue with the courier where they only left one parcel instead of two. I contacted Wallfillers by phone, to be told that all after sales queries had to be emailed. Emailed as instructed but didn't receive a reply. I then found an alternative email address and they replied very quickly. My 2nd parcel had been tracked down and returned to the depot. Wallfillers arranged next day delivery to get it back out to me. Would have been 5 out of 5 if wallfillers had replied to my original email.”

“Delivery was excellent, with regular updates throughout. Although the canvas picture is nice, it is most definitely overpriced.”
