“I received an order and although it was beautiful, it did not match my decor and needed to be returned. The returns process was a little tricky merely due to the size of the canvas and it was also costly so I would need to be 100% sure of my choice before ordering anything else. I was notified of receipt of the returned item and the refund was processed very quickly, albeit not the full amount as shipping and taxes were deducted from the balance.”
