“I choose Waggel after seeing their adverts and researching them online compared to other insurance providers. They were extremely easy to register with and after 4 months unfortunately I needed to make a claim. One simple phone call and the vets communicated with them directly so I had nothing else to do. I was able to track the progress of the claim online and this was followed up with an email stating the success of my claim. I would definitely recommend Waggel.”

“Our dog had to have a spinal surgery 5 weeks ago. I must admit I was a bit worried as we only switched to Waggle only a few months ago, and being a new company, I was not sure how quickly they would process the claim. They have been really good and we got reimbursed promptly. Their website may require a bit of work, as it is not intuitive, but the easier way to get in touch is to use the chat box, and if needed a representative will call you. During my dealings, I have to spoken to 4 different customer representatives and they have all been excellent. I will definitely be staying with Waggle and recommend them to friends.”
