“All I can say is wow and thank you to Waggel. I admit I was a bit nervous venturing away from the traditional pet insurers but I absolutely love everything about Waggel. Claims have been amazing and the membership offers are fab. I’m very glad I took the plunge.”

Hi Tania, I would like to apologise for the delay in processing Ripley’s claim, I can see that on this occasion we did take longer than usual to approve the claim. There was some miscommunication regarding Ripley’s previous medical history which we were waiting on, however it was clarified by yourself that there wasn’t any. In addition, Ripley was noted as a different breed on his vet notes to what we had on our system, once the correct breed was confirmed this morning Ripley’s claim has been approved. Again I would like to apologise about the delay, going forward we have recruited addition Customer Champions and we will also be operating on weekends, so that our customers are able to contact us 7 days a week and there is no further delay in processing claims. “Our cockapoo, Bonnie, started with seizures at 3months of age & these continued at varying intervals until she died at 9 months old leaving us devastated with grief. The staff at Waggel went beyond their call of duty from Bonnie’s first illness. Easy contact, prompt payments with vets & myself, understanding our grief when Bonnie died by taking responsibility, acting independently, no fuss, giving me needed emotional support with their kind words, even sending a dog bereavement card impregnated with wild flower seeds to use when burying Bonnie’s ashes. Thank you all at Waggel, I am so very grateful, you have made this dreadful process bearable. I would recommend Waggel 100% to all pet owners. Bless you Sandra”
