“Excellent and professional service. Prompt response to any query raised on the progress at any time. Only suggestion - When people are looking for service from other countries where branch is available, the website should directly take them to nearest branch. For e.g. i applied from Dubai, however the website took me to UK site and had to coordinate completely from UK. Came to know about Dubai branch when i got the certificate back. Probably would have been easier to coordinate with local team.”

As a company we do not like to keep our clients waiting for an answer to any queries or questions that they may have. All the team have access to the same systems and will always make themselves familiar with all orders and queries. I do hope this helps to place your mind at ease.

“Excellent service, had no problems once all documents were submitted and once process was started was finished very quickly. However, communication through email was rather frustrating prior to documents being submitted as you have multiple employees dealing with your enquiry who may not be aware of your order details / what was discussed before. Other than this was great and would recommend to a friend.”

We do always endeavour to complete at the earliest possible date. We will look forward to working with you again in the future if there was a requirement.

“I got my documents processed . Staff were helpful and responsive. However there was a delay as I hadn’t filled out a certain form which I had missed in the many emails between me and the admin staff . It delayed my application and therefore my job start start significantly . A reminder much earlier to fill certain forms would have been really helpful. . It wasn't a cheap service so even a telephone call is to discuss the various processes would take would have been really helpful . Otherwise all good.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave your review William. I am sorry that you are not entirely happy with the process in regards to the application forms required. When we forward the quotation initially there are hyperlinks within the body of the email and a detailed explanation of what is required and how to complete these forms. Once we receive your documents and they are booked onto our system, if the relevant application forms are not enclosed then we once again forward the hyperlinks which lead to the application forms that are required. I will look internally if this can be changed in any way to make it better for our clients but we do find that this is usually enough to remind our clients that they are required. I do however appreciate your comments.
