Hi Jiang. Thank you for your feedback. I apologise if it was not convenient to deal with a number of the team. We do try and make the service as convenient for our clients as possible. We have a team who deal with the initial order or any initial questions and then once the order has been agreed we then have another team who deal with the receiving of the documents right through to completion. I have taken your comments on board.

“Helpful staff and were great at finding a work around when a complication arose, however the process took a lot longer than predicted, even when taking the complication into consideration.”

Thank you for your feedback Adam As a company we do aim to provide the service at the most competitive price available. Document legalisation can be expensive but we believe you would not find the services we provided at a cheaper price for the same speed and quality.

“Speedy, accurate responses, professional service, just be careful about the difference between billing and correspondence addresses. Use a courier that telephones clients before delivery. Despite the fact that I sent written requests & made telephone calls to the delivery company asking that the courier call me or I be allowed to call him, I was told that couriers do not call or receive calls.”

Hi Jacqueline Thank you for your feedback. Apologies if there were some confusion with the billing and shipping address. The courier we use does ask for a contact telephone number for the recipient and in most cases does call prior to attending.

“Very easy to use service. Took some time getting my certificate back from the UAE embassy but all the Vital staff that I spoke to were very helpful. They even switched the delivery address at late notice to help me out. Would highly recommend the service.”
