We have used Vital Consular services several times over the years - for educational and marriage certificate notarization and attestation and their services are usually professional and quickly managed. However, on this last occasion, the originals of my certificates were lost in the internal mail delivery system at Vital Consular's office at Batley Business Park. I understand that all mail deliveries for several businesses are delivered to a centralized distribution desk - regrettably my certificates did not reach Vital Consular directly and were "lost". Although Vital Consular refunded the cost of the replacement certificates, there was a time delay whilst the certificates were reissued. I think that for a business which relies on receiving original important documents, a mail delivery system - to a central service desk - is perhaps not the most reliable service for customers. I have rated the service "Acceptable" and customer service as "Very Good" because of the history of service and the concerned manner in which my case was subsequently managed after the certificates were originally lost.
