“Initially I was wary about the service and it aunthenticity in terms of going to the embassy on ny behalf. After using the service I wish I would have used it much earlier as it would have saved me alot more time that it already has in terms of getting my documents authenticated”

“Took too long to wait for my documents. I had to send numerous emails to get the ball rolling in the first place. Conditions of service were not communicated effectively enough from the outset. It was not made clear to me that the quote given included direct postage to China instead of to me in the UK, and therefore after paying 3 months earlier I then had to pay another £75 to get them sent to me.”

“Service is unbelievable I was in Dubai to get married I sent application form to the uk for stamp and with in ten days I received it back then I took it to uae foreign office for approval which only took 10 minutes and 150 aed now I’m getting married November 18 2020 thank you guys”

“Unfortunately it was Sean who dealt with me initially and I found him uncommunicative and extremely slow at dealing with my request and never fully explained what was happening. Ami and Jess were excellent and got things on track and dealt with problem and kept in touch what was happening. I think Jess as well was very helpful. After my husbands very sudden passing it is an extremely hard time for me. I never had a delivery Documents went directly to Forgeign Office then onto UAE Embassy in London then couriered directly to Dubai.”

“Excellent service, had no problems once all documents were submitted and once process was started was finished very quickly. However, communication through email was rather frustrating prior to documents being submitted as you have multiple employees dealing with your enquiry who may not be aware of your order details / what was discussed before. Other than this was great and would recommend to a friend.”

I have looked into your order on our system and I can see that when we received your document we knew that it would not be accepted as it was not an official document. You were immediately advised of this by one of the team. One of the team then spoke to you and reiterated the issue and why it would not be accepted but you advised us to proceed anyway. We then proceeded to make the submission for the document to be returned and rejected. You was informed of this rejection immediately.
