Helpful Report

Thank you for your great feedback Thomas. It has been greatly received

“Speedy, accurate responses, professional service, just be careful about the difference between billing and correspondence addresses. Use a courier that telephones clients before delivery. Despite the fact that I sent written requests & made telephone calls to the delivery company asking that the courier call me or I be allowed to call him, I was told that couriers do not call or receive calls.”

Helpful Report

Hi Jacqueline Thank you for your feedback. Apologies if there were some confusion with the billing and shipping address. The courier we use does ask for a contact telephone number for the recipient and in most cases does call prior to attending.

“Professional service, accurate information, very quick turn around time. Every interaction was easy, a pleasure to deal with the staff.”

“This was the second time I used the services of Vital Consular and on both occasions, they delivered on all accounts. I was provided with regular information updates throughout the process and the attested documents were delivered in the required format and to the relevant addresses/authorities. Not exactly cheap, but excellent service throughout. Highly recommended!”

“I had to obtain a marriage certificate from England over 38 years ago - received it in a timely manner - they provided updates through the process. Living in the U.S., I wasn't quite sure what to expect, but this was a great experience. Their follow-up was great. Would definitely use them again if needed.”

Helpful Report

Thank you for taking the time to leave some feedback Alexandra, it is greatly received. I am really happy to hear that Vital met your expectations in regards to completing your order on time.

“I was impressed by the company from day one. All the people I dealt with were very professional. All information was clear. We received the documents within the time specified. My only niggle would be the price as it seems a bit on the high side. I don’t know if anyone does it for less as I didn’t check due to this company being recommended. When dealing with such important documents it is best to go with a recommendation. Other than the price, I’d recommend them wholeheartedly.”

“The feedback I get from our staff is that you are extremely efficient but your prices are becoming unaffordable and so I will have to recommend another company I work with, who are also extrembly good with much better rates. Rosa johnson Kings college, Doha”
