“Excellent service. Due to my tight timelines, I would've liked it if I had more frequent updates on where we are (and if something is taking longer than expected etc.). But mine was probably an exceptional case, and I would gladly recommend Vital Consular to others.”

I have reviewed your order that you placed with us and I can see that we completed your order before the expected due date even with the Xmas closures of Embassies etc. All throughout your order you should have received automated emails once each stage was completed so you knew at what stage the legalisation was at, I apologise if this did not happen. I would like to thank you for recommending Vital to others.

“The staff assigned to me were excellent! Very prompt in all their replies, their follow-through and they went the extra mile when needed. Maybe you should make deals with individual private international schools and therefore give candidates seeking employment cheaper rates e.g. the school makes the recommendation to use your company. Every year there is s a huge turnover of educationalists moving countries.”

We have a team who deal with the initial order or any initial questions and then once the order has been agreed we then have another team who deal with the receiving of the documents right through to completion. Hi Aiden Thank you for your review. I have checked your order on our system and also the related emails between yourself and the team at Vital. I am very sorry you thought the service was terrible but I can not see where the service fell down. We received your University letter within your document package which did not note the content that is required for the Embassy as to which you were advised. You asked us to proceed with the legalisation with the letter we had. You were updated throughout the process with the automated updates we offer and then when your order was finalised, our London team advised the tracking reference. Again, I am very sorry the expectations were not met.
