“The process went very well, and the tracking system was very efficient. VitalConsular also answered quickly to emails. To be honest, this could have been a 5* feedback but the only issue was on the timing: Vital was a few days late on what should have been a 10 days process apparently because of a bank holiday in UAE, and since the process will not start before receiving payment, the whole attestation was much longer than expected. Other than that: great work, and I would highly recommend.”

“The process is not yet complete so I am baffled as to why I am being asked to review!! To date, Vital have been excellent but I am still waiting for my purchase to be completed, so your request for a review is a little premature. Maybe in future you should pay more attention to completing the work rather than rushing to seek an opinion??”

“I sent out documents out to the Department of State in the U.S. for authentication. I got the my documents that I was authenticating in the U.K. through Vital Consular back, before the ones I'd sent out in country. Also, they were willing to scan the documents as soon as they had gotten authenticated so I could send them to the school in China immediately. From the very beginning, I was given a fair quote, and once I accepted and sent off my documents, I was kept updated regarding the progression at each stage via email. My original certificate along with the attested certificate, was delivered to me on time and well sealed and protected. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend that you do too!
