“No fuss, submitted documents and they were duly returned within the timeframe. One thing that would help is if the website provided now of the process feedback like documents received, documents dispatched. That's just feedback not critsism”

Hi Paul Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. It has been warmly received and appreciated. We do operate an email service which would email you to advise that we have received your document and attached to that email would be a scanned copy of the submitted document. After each stage of the legalisation you should have also received an automated email advising that this part had not been completed. Then once the legalisation has been completed you should have receive a separate email advising the tracking reference. We do this so our clients know where in the legalisation process there documents are. I apologise if this did not happen on this occasion.

You should have received automated emails after each stage of your legalisation was completed so you knew at what stage the process was at. Apologies if you did not receive these.

“I needed to get a UK document authenticated while living overseas. Luckily, I came across Vital's website, and took the plunge, with trepidation and anxiety. I need not have worried. Their return contact was immediate, informative, and helpful. They gave me a quote, based on my precise specification. They carried out the specified instructions within the time frames they had promised. And when they realized that that one part of the instruction was not actually necessary, they so advised me, and refunded that portion of the originally-agreed fee. At all stages, they were in constant contact to give progress updates, responding to mu (totally unnecessary, as it turned out) with grace and good humour. In fact, there is really no aspect of their service that I can find fault with, hence my high rating. I would happily recommend them ta anyone in my shoes.”

“I was so nervous to send all my originals to a company and anxious about how long the authentication would take because I was quite pressed for time. But better service i could not have had! Andrew was so incredibly professional and efficient: he took me through the process step by step and assured me all the way. “Service was fantastic, and I got all I needed verified pretty quickly. Staff were polite and understanding despite me breathing down their neck every step of the way, I can't recommend them enough! I would suggest anyone engaging their services to clearly explain their needs and double check documents before physically sending it out. The only small gripe I have is that the scanning service cost 15 pounds, even for a one-page document.”

“Brilliant. Service was excellent and thoroughly professional throughout. They gave good advice and did a fine job of presenting my, slightly unusual, requirements to the Chinese embassy. I was slightly concerned about the way their business is split between the Northern sales office and the London office, but their internal co-ordination was perfect, so that was not a problem. They aim to provide a rapid response to any queries, by allocating the first available team member to respond, so you may not always be communicating with the same person. This didn't suit me because my non-standard case involved some special procedures, which I had agreed with their Andrew Howden, and I felt that other team members not familiar with my case might be unaware of the full requirements. Andrew was able to allay my concern by flagging my file so that it would always be him that replied to my queries, which he did in exemplary manner. Highly recommended.”

“Excellent from start to finish . My documents arrived in a 10 day working period . They were stamped and sent back to me by courier . Only one little issue . Very small . I paid for the docs to be scannned . When I say scanned I mean every single document front and back . I only received 13 out of 16 pages . I can scan the rest in myself it isn't too much of a problem . Having them scanned helps me forward the docs on to the Company /Corporation very quickly. The service is still excellent and I'm not complaining as such . Please remember this . It can be a tight deadline getting these documents sent out to the customer and scanning them can take second place . So please - grace and kindness rather than law 👍😃.”

Document legalisation can be expensive but we believe you would not find the services we provided at a cheaper price for the same speed and quality.

“Don't trust Don't trust !!! What ever they say that they will attest your document poor experience poor customer service ! no care about the time and the customer situation no support I am still already facing issues and they will ask you for extra costs after they trap you in ! Run away”

The over seas document that you issued us was not accepted once it was in country and we have been trying to work around this. Unfortunately the work around for the new document did incur extra fees which we had to pass on. We do take all our orders and client comments very seriously and we are aware of how you are in need of your document and we are trying to have the document completed. You asked if we can guarantee that it will be accepted with whom you are submitting to but as previously advised, this is something that you need to ask who you are submitting it to.
