“Virtalent delivered excellent service: they were very professional and efficient, and made great use of digital tools to ensure quick onboarding of the new VA and effective payment management. The very very helpful discussions upfront with Sarah helped get me acquainted with the services on offer, and when I received the first set of suggestions a few days later for VA options, they were both extremely thoughtfully selected to meet my needs, and objectively very qualified individuals. They truly listened to what I needed and this was very impressively documented in the proposal. Rapid interviews later, I was able to begin working with Sheliza in under a day. Once I began, Virtalent's interface was also easy to manage and navigate to evaluate the level of support I had and how to utilize it effectively. Before beginning this, I want to state that I've worked with a large prestigious global management consulting Firm in London and around the world and have had very high-quality EA support in the past. Sheliza was able to deliver services above and beyond that - she was very quick to learn / understand my context and needs, extremely positive and genial and easy to work with, demonstrated highly effective communication skills (quick, concise, clear), showed consistently from Day 1 that she was proactive and sought out new solutions I did not know myself (as responses to my requests), and just got things done. She was highly organized, and we immediately got into working asynchronously effectively on Trello and email / whatsapp, and she was able to leverage her skills and knowledge from prior efforts to really help my company as well on matters as diverse as travel (incl. flights, visas etc), accounting (managing expenses, splitting over 10k lines of data into categories and sub-categories), event mgmt (for monthly events we organize), and operating model (suggesting effective new bank accounts, office management services) amongst others. In a short span of 4 weeks, we went well above what I thought we'd be able to achieve, and in some cases with solutions / approaches better than I could have imagined. Looking forward to continue my engagement with her and the VirTalent team. Thank you.”

“Virtalent has been amazing for my business! Being a one-person band, it's been hard to juggle everything and Emma (my new VA) has been so so helpful! Sarah was amazing at finding someone who would suit the work/help I needed, she was very understanding of my nervousness towards 'letting go' of the tasks I found overwhelming and letting someone else in to help for the first time. Emma has been lovely, she's super friendly and has been really good at supporting me with onboarding. She's held my hand through this new way of working and I would absolutely recommend Virtalent for how easy and reassuring the whole process has been!
