“High hopes when I signed up, as the Client Success team were great help through onboarding and VA search. The VA, however, didn't deliver anything at all within the first month. Plenty of promises, but no follow through. So hundreds of pounds wasted, with nothing to show for it. I cancelled the service as a result and thankfully Virtalent refunded the second month I had prepaid. Might have been a one-off, and I may have been unlucky with the VA in question, but left feeling underwhelmed overall.”
