“Virtalent has been amazing for my business! Being a one-person band, it's been hard to juggle everything and Emma (my new VA) has been so so helpful! Sarah was amazing at finding someone who would suit the work/help I needed, she was very understanding of my nervousness towards 'letting go' of the tasks I found overwhelming and letting someone else in to help for the first time. Emma has been lovely, she's super friendly and has been really good at supporting me with onboarding. She's held my hand through this new way of working and I would absolutely recommend Virtalent for how easy and reassuring the whole process has been! For the past 2 years, I've felt that onboarding a VA would be yet another task to add to my list and that it would create more work than it's worth - I've been amazed at how much Virtalent has completely changed my mind on this. It really has been easy! “I have been with Virtalent for 1 month now and it is a decision that I do not regret. I was a little sceptical at first as I like doing everything myself, however when Izzy cam on board from Virtalent she showed me that I can fully delegate tasks and that they get complete to the highest standard.
