“Outstanding sales and onboarding process from Virtalent. Their Client Engagement Specialist, Brooke, expertly worked with me to help me understand their offering and make the decision to appoint them. “I appreciate the opportunity to get support to find a VA who can help me in areas that I need done, but don't have the time to do myself. The option to try the services of a VA, and if not happy, this is addressed immediately. I am happy to say that I have been working with my VA for one year and seven months, as I write this. “As a remote worker, within a global organisation, I was delighted that my company engaged the support of Virtalent to provide virtual PA support to myself and others. I was able to select from a range of highly qualified PAs. She hit the ground running, taking control of my out-of-control calendar, doing all of the heavy lifting in terms of diary management, scheduling and rescheduling, liaising with my colleagues and direct reports to take a proactive approach to all aspects of the organisation of my time.
