“This company sent me multiple admins that did not deliver to expectations. In the time it took to keep searching for new admins, many hours in the package I purchased went unused that were not refunded. I kept giving them chances to improve the quality, and in the meantime paying for work I never received. I felt cheated. They make it very difficult to leave once they have your credit card details. The entire process felt unprofessional and scammy. I would Not recommend.”

We do feel that parts of this review present an inaccurate reflection of your overall experience with Virtalent. In particular, throughout your time with us, you chose to increase your plan size, which we feel demonstrates that you were satisfied with both the support provided and the value of the service during your journey with us, which is something we genuinely appreciated. At Virtalent, we pride ourselves on delivering a high-quality, personalised service through carefully matched Virtual Assistants. Our bespoke matching process is based entirely on the brief and requirements provided by each client. Following this, clients are invited to meet their matched Virtual Assistant via video call, giving them the opportunity to ask questions, assess suitability, and ultimately decide whether they feel confident moving forward with the match. Clients remain fully in control throughout this process. On the rare occasion where a client feels a match may not be quite right, we always work proactively and quickly to support a rematch. However, this process does rely on ongoing communication and responsiveness from both sides. In this instance, there were delays of a number of weeks in confirming availability to proceed with the rematching process, which naturally extended the timeframe. Our usual goal is to arrange a new Virtual Assistant introduction within as little as 48 hours wherever possible. We would also like to clarify that all plan hours carry a two-month expiry period, which is clearly outlined both within our Terms and Conditions and at the point of sign-up. We aim to operate with full transparency and provide clients with multiple reminders and tools to monitor their usage. This includes monthly email reminders advising when hours are approaching expiry, as well as access to our online portal, Dash, which provides a full real-time breakdown of hours used, remaining balances, and expiry dates. Clients are also able to flexibly move their plan hours up or down at any time to suit their needs. In addition, we extended the option to pause your plan. This was an exception made specifically to support you during what we understood to be a particularly busy period and to allow additional time for rematching. During this pause period, no charges were applied to your account. We would also like to clarify that no credit card details were ever taken or stored by Virtalent, as all payments were made via direct debit and remained entirely within your control. Finally, we would respectfully dispute the suggestion that the account closure process was difficult. Following your request to leave, we processed the deactivation of your account within just a few hours and confirmed this promptly via email. We also waived the standard seven-day notice period as a gesture of goodwill to ensure the process felt as smooth and fair as possible for you. We always aim to work constructively and collaboratively with our clients, and naturally, we are disappointed that this was the final outcome, particularly given the significant time, care, and resources invested in supporting you and working towards a positive resolution. Julia was consistently professional, reliable, and responsive. She handled a wide range of marketing tasks - with minimal supervision and consistently high quality.
