“We worked with Virtalent for two years and had an excellent experience. The matching process was professional and efficient, and they paired us perfectly with Julia, our Virtual Assistant. Julia was consistently professional, reliable, and responsive. She handled a wide range of marketing tasks - with minimal supervision and consistently high quality. The service was flexible, allowing us to scale hours as needed with unused hours rolling over, which worked well for our business. We're moving our marketing in-house as part of a wider restructure, but this is purely strategic and not a reflection on Virtalent or Julia's excellent work.
