Arrived very quickly, but paint marks were not removed from the sofa and was not treated prior to delivery as promised, then found 3 out of the 4 arms on the sofa and chair purchased that the wood was collapsed underneath the leather, delivery men returned to collect (who were very helpful) & was sent to have the arms repaired. Returned back to me within a week and still not great as had a nail about to poke through he leather (still has & the arms still feel very precarious as feel weak) Wouldn't use again as I know its a vintage sofa but could have bought a new one with a warranty for the price we paid. Didn't feel a valued customer, just a nuisance that it was my fault it was faulty!
