“Reading the reviews before using you.. quite sad actually that you reply to all the 5* reviews but ignore the 1* and sad reviews.. So unless you reply to Trevor Smith after "loosing" his wife's jewellery you won't be getting my custom !”

“My wife passed away in April so sent all of her jewellery to Vintage,they made me a offer of £140 so I ask them to return it,a week later I had a phone call to say it had been lost”
