I sent a long list of items to you and got the ridiculous offer of Β£31 for that list of items, of which I have a copy. While one particular item was broken, the silver plated, candlebra for instance there was a lot more, looking at the number of actual items, it probably worked out at around 50p per item. As your warehouse looks enormous, no matter what staff you may have, you must be making enormous profits out of gullible people like me. Your advertising is slick but looking at your reviews, many others are as unhappy as I am. Not only that, when people ask you to return their parcel,items are missing or broken. My parcel was a test, which your company has failed miserably.The saying is, if it sounds too good to be true it always is. Please return my parcel immediately.

I am unable to find your account from the information provided, so I am unable to see what items were returned broken. If the items were made from breakable material, unfortunately these are not insured by us, as stated in our terms and conditions; "As stated in our Terms and Conditions, Any Item sent that fits into the Restricted Category list as set out in clause 4.1 is not insured and will invalidate the insurance of the entire Box even if the other Items are from an Acceptable Category." Poor valuation price, I was told an email would be sent to me with the amount on for me to make my decision as I wasn't happy doing it over the phone as I was disappointed. I've since sent 2 emails with no response. They still have my stuff and seem to be in no hurry to pay out the little amount they have offered. I wouldn't recommend using this company.

This comment is a absolute con don’t use them just cos they are on tv u can’t trust them they will rip you off take your jewellery and silver and watches to your local jewellers they will give you better money

Absolutely useless applied for the pack to send items nothing turned up so rang and spoke to someone and two weeks later still nothing doesn’t look good for sending items if they can’t even send a pack out

Sent a lot of items to them received a very low offer ! Refused it told them to send my items back when they returned 4 watches missing that belonged to my late husband which I’d had for over 30years phoned them was told customer care would ring me 7 days later still waiting. Wish I’d never sent the anything!

I sent my parcel on 5th November vintage cash cow received it on the 6th November. Despite several emails and telephone calls still not received a response or acknowledgement of my goods. Very disappointed and very poor customer service.

Emails and phone calls from Vintage Cashcow before I sent my parcel. I was shocked by the low offer, but after reading other reviews about the state of returns, I reluctantly accepted. They make much of their Β£20 referral for the referrer (my friend) and a Β£20 voucher after first parcel is accepted. I'm still receiving promo emails from the company, yet despite emailing 3x and texting to find out where our vouchers are - radio SILENCE!!! I am not happy overall and would not recommend. I'll chalk it up to experience (knowing that if I'd sold on eBay and Vinted for eg, I'd have received at least 4x my offer). Avoid.

I sold a few things a few months ago but the offer I received was very low as there were a few valuable items. I realise they have to make a profit but certainly wouldn't use them again

I was expecting a very low offer of about Β£70 for various costume jewellery, silver rings, earrings , cameras and silver plated items. I had to ring them as they kept sending emails about the delay for giving me an offer. Surely if they have time to answer the phone they have time to ring you. The offer of Β£30 was ridiculous and insulting. I asked them to have my box returned. I should rather give it to charity shops . I am waiting with apprehension about what will be sending back as so many customers are complaining about items missing or damaged. Ignore the publicity made by this company and do not get involve with them

Sent items in and received a quote which I accepted but am now waiting 5 weeks for the cheque and am having no response from customer service after various emails and messages.tried chat and never get put through,telephone and you are waiting in a queue for about 10 minutes then they cut you off

DO NOT USE! Items seriously undervalued, declined offer, items returned but missing part of silver coffee set, when chasing this up vintage declared it was broken on arrival, at no point of the process were we notified of this, I don’t believe it was broken on arrival as it was well wrapped in foam, their word against mind. They advertise everything is insured but then retracted this, I’m just expected to accept this, meanwhile this has de valued the whole coffee set

I am beyond angry with this company I sent alot of silver jewellery in boxes in bags all in a sorted way. After declining there offer and said just send my items back they have been returned all tangled up I can't even use them I'm distraught over this I've taken photos I expected it to be returned in same state it was sent I've cried for hours

Items sent to them early october-offer made which I accepted-they got the sort code wrong and as at today 11th November they still haven't paid me. I was told last Wednesday the money would be in my account within 48 hours. I'm determined to get paid but I won't risk using them again.

Borderline scam. Way below market value offer Claimed items broken however these are supposed to be insured so should stiΔΊ have been covered and valued. Took over a week to receive any contact from them then finally a phone call during an evening leaving no time to think about the offer. Felt very pressured into making an instant decision. Very poor company, if you want good advice, do NOT bother dealing with them!
