“Sent some gold old coins and lots of other old bits and was very pleased with the offer of £947 pounds which was paid into my bank the next day. While on the phone I told the man I had some old tools which was my grandad and over 100 years old and was told to send them which I did but they was returned to me but on your site you state you take old tools so was a bit disappointed.”

Regarding the tools, we do accept most kinds of vintage tools but not on their own. We are a bulk decluttering service and being able to make an offer is dependent on what the items' values are within our outlets. If they do not render a high value, we cannot accept them on their own as it leaves us out of pocket. That is why they were sent back to you for free. “Saw advert on Facebook and, after checking reviews, decided to give it a go. Contact was prompt and helpful. Despite postal strikes my stuff arrived and was valued in under a week. The gentleman that I spoke to was very polite and friendly when we chatted about their valuation. I was most surprised at offer and highly delighted. Money was in my account in under 24 hours. “I was a bit disappointed in the offer I had for my first box. I thought they said £67 on the phone which I accepted. When the cheque came it was only £57. Having said this it was all things that I had been hoarding for many years, so I wouldn’t want them back.”
