“It’s about 3 weeks since I sent my box in but haven’t seen or heard from them so hope to here from them soon”

“This is my 2nd time of using VCC. The first box of old Cameras sent was valued at a reasonable price and I accepted. The second box of Cameras that I sent were vastly underpriced by VCC, but to be fair, all items were returned, very well packed and the service was excellent with very polite correspondence.”

“As regards the way you run your business it's excellent. Phones answered quickly. the efficiency in the way you let people know their parcel has arrived quickly followed up by an offer. I cannot comment on the efficiency of your returns as I haven't used that yet. My critique is around the items you send. You send several items together so you have no idea of any individual valued item so can you be sure you are getting a good deal ?”

“The administration was a bit chaotic but they got there in the end. I received a cheque for £76 which I was very pleased with. I put it with some of my own money to make a contribution to the Turkish/Syrian appeal. I have recommended to several friends.”
