“Bought Helicopter Tape to protect my push bike. It seems very expensive, but it is a decent product. Even with some apparent issue with stock, received the product acceptably quickly. 2nd time I bought the same product, so grudgingly happy.”

“Really helpful staff, I got a call after I placed my order online I received a phone call telling me the item would be delayed and asking if I wanted a refund. It was only to keep stock levels up so it wasn't a problem although I did appreciate the call. It did arrive sooner than estimated on the phone and I received email notification when it was dispatched”

Hi and thank you for leaving us a review. My apologies that we delivered your initial delivery to the wrong address, unfortunately it went via Royal Mail so we weren't able to control this. We weren't able to send you a replacement immediately, to the correct address, due to being in an out of stock situation, so had to wait for the initial delivery to be returned. I appreciate this has caused you issues with your Customer which I can only apologies for. If you could confirm that your VT order confirmation number was 44651 I can issue a refund for the carriage.
