Bought Helicopter Tape to protect my push bike. It seems very expensive, but it is a decent product. Even with some apparent issue with stock, received the product acceptably quickly. 2nd time I bought the same product, so grudgingly happy.

Foam tape supplied exactly as described. Maybe state on the order page that 24-48 hours are required to process this bulk item.

Really helpful staff, I got a call after I placed my order online I received a phone call telling me the item would be delayed and asking if I wanted a refund. It was only to keep stock levels up so it wasn't a problem although I did appreciate the call. It did arrive sooner than estimated on the phone and I received email notification when it was dispatched

Disappointed that it took so long to supply a small roll of double sided tape with no indication on the website that the item wasn't available for immediate dispatch.

parcel delivered late to the wrong address, know urgency in correcting there mistake, had to let down an important customer because of it

Hi and thank you for leaving us a review. My apologies that we delivered your initial delivery to the wrong address, unfortunately it went via Royal Mail so we weren't able to control this. We weren't able to send you a replacement immediately, to the correct address, due to being in an out of stock situation, so had to wait for the initial delivery to be returned.
