“My order arrived promptly. However 3 reels of tape have defects meaning that every time they are rolled out they split and break which is irritating. Not all of them though. 2 were used and were fine.”

Good Afternoon Alison, Thank you for bringing this to our attention. Had we known about this we would have resolved it for you at the point you received your order. Good Afternoon. Thank you for your feedback and I am sorry that you did not receive our out of stock message. I have checked our system and can see the e mail left us on Monday 1st March having received your order on Saturday 27th Feb. On occasion the e mails can get caught up in spam filters or end up in junk. “Placed order in Jan. 2021 - difficult time with Covid/Brexit issues but the order filtered through; order was for a tape that can be difficult to source and prices vary a lot; Viking came through on both accounts.”
