“Wow ..... What a great boiler , Best Ive ever installed , I can't wait to tell my customers how good this is. Especially when we are coming up to a new heating season. For that piece of mind to look after your family through the cold winter months this is the piece of kit I would recommend you install in your home. theres no wonder it won "WHICH" best boiler rating.”

“The engineer who attended was helpful and repaired my boiler. However, I've not been able to get to the bottom of the problem. There doesn't appear to be access to some sort of technical helpdesk who could offer an explanation. I was advised that your boiler wasn't faulty and that's as much as you could offer. I'm sure you can check the details in the fault notes”

“Everything - APPALLING after sales service!!! Viessman have refused to honour the warranty for my 3 year old boiler and I have been without heating for 2 months - throughout December and January as they wrangle and avoid taking responsibility. Utterly disappointed with their shoddy, evasive approach.”

Hi Rachel, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We are very sad to hear of the problems you have encountered and can understand your frustrations. Unfortunately, the issues lie with inherent problems with your heating system and installation, not the boiler itself. We pride ourselves on our customer service, arranging for several engineer visits, at no cost to yourself, even though the issues have not been caused by the Viessmann boiler; which is the reason this problem does not fall under the product warranty. “Our new heating system has only been in for for 2 months but all seems ok, the installation engineer has been back out to ensure we understand it and the controls. Our only comment at the moment is the size of the tank - which has taken the whole of the airing cupboard! Let’s see how we feel about it in a year or two!”
