“I wanted to return part of my order as it wasn't right for my bathroom. Not only would they arrange return but they gave me absolutely no help trying to find a courier to return the items. I have wasted a lot of money and will never deal with them again”

“The delivery driver was surly, and not very helpful. I had to chase after him, and ask if he would put the one box of tiles in the boot of my car as I am disabled and could not pick them up. I had already asked for this when arranging the delivery.”

“Whilst I understand the delivery driver could not come into my house, he literally left the pallet which was holding an enclosure, shower and tray. All taped up and more than I could manage at 5’2. He basically said it was not his problem. Then left. This said it, is the last time I will shop with yourselves. Common courtesy or manners as far as I am aware is free. He showed none.”

“We received the Rangemaster sink earlier than expected which was good. The driver who delivered the sink, Marvin was a young Black lad who was SO helpful as I'm disabled and helped with the heavy item. Sink looks ok but haven't got a plumber yet to install it.”
