“Very professional service from start to finish, one small hitch rectified quickly, efficiently and pleasantly. I found the prices to be very competitive with a good selection of products available to view in the showroom, overall 9/10 ( I never give a 10 🙄)”

“Over priced item and delivery. The bath comes with a massive wooden stand which they will drop in your front garden making it your responsibility to get someone to remove it. Or you can ask the company for a collection for an extra charge of course. As for the quality of the item, let’s just say, I will never buy anything from them again. It’s creating something with the least amount of effort and selling it for the most amount of profit. It looked a lot better in the pictures. Hate the look of it! A lot narrower than expected. Next day delivery came two days later. Very disappointed!”

“Excellent service new toilet seat received following day. Spec and info available on website enabled me to order the correct square shape for our loo After 2 failures elsewhere. Brilliant!! Will definitely use VP again”

“I ordered and everything was deli with care on time. However I ordered the wrong size shower tray so I decided to go to the showroom to swap for the right size. The guys in the showroom couldn’t have been more helpful, called me by my first name and helped lift in and out of my vehicle. I’m suitably impressed.”

“Order was fine, thank you. Just had great difficulty trying to return it. Spent hours attempting to get a courier to return it. The bath panel did not fit under the front of bath. otherwise it would have been fine. dpd who delivered it would not accept it because the package was two centimetres longer than the acceptable size. I did find a carrier who would take it ........for £240.00 !!! Thanks . No complaints with Victorian Plumbing (:> Regards, Myra Thompson”
