“Item was damaged when delivered. Spoken to returns and they have I have to wait before I get the item picked up and refunded. This was over 4 weeks ago. Still waiting and all I am told is I need to wait. The item was delivered damaged so not sure why I the customer is at fault and I have not been given a refund?”

“Bought 2 identical toilet roll holders whichv arrived the very next day. It's a 1 piece of chrome sculpted holder making sleek, contemporary and elegant. Just had it fitted on the wall and it looks very effective. Highly recommend.”
