“The shower tray I ordered was delivered within 2 days, brilliant. Unfortunately, what I then received was a back to the wall toilet pan that I hadn’t ordered, which is taking up room in my conservatory as you have written it off as foc. No wonder your prices are high if you won’t even send couriers to pick stuff up!”

“WE PURCHASED THE ELLA SHWER DOOR 800 ON THE 28TH FEB DELIVERED ON THE 2/3/20 PARTS DAMAGED AND MISSING .WE ARE STILL WAITING FOR ANYBODY TO CONTACT US IE NOT ROBOTS !!!!”

“Paid £25 for delivery and it was delivered by one man who said he couldn't lift the pallet it was on by himself. I was home with my baby and not able to help. He dragged it off the van and onto the floor.... with a clunck! Bearing in mind this was a fragile ceramic toilet I was not impressed! Surprisingly, the toilet survived the impact but when my husband returned from work, he opened the hopelessly wrapped parcel and noticed that we were missing parts. I notified Victorian Plumbing straight away via their email helpdesk and a week later I am still waiting for a response as to whether we will be getting the missing parts sent to us.”

“Cannot get through to the office to make a complaint about the sink waste I recieved with order number ORD-0001685161-2643455. The screw thread on the waste was so rough it has destroyed the plastic thread on the bottle trap (On 2 occasions!) Gave up with the phone complaint having spent 15 minutes on hold. Very poor. No return business from me.”

“Terrible company to do with business with - STAY WELL CLEAR. Online ordering easy, but some items arrived damaged and then an absolute nightmare to contact and speak with someone that cares. No way to make a complaint and just generally a terrible business to be a customer of. Finally got my complete bathroom after three sets of taps, two baths and nearly 4 weeks of back n forth.”

“Vanity unit arrived on a pallet that was just left outside the house. The unit is poor quality for the price and my emails to get it sorted have gone unanswered for nearly a week.”

“Really poor quality. Ordered twice, both times all items damaged. Sink, toilet and cistern all smashed in boxes on arrival. There is no polystyrene in the packaging just a cardboard box. With goods stacked on top. No care is taken. Poor returns refund policy. You have to get goods back to them at your own cost. Rubbish, never use again ever!!!”

“Very poor on delivery. I have an open fronted driveway and the driver refused to help my wife bring the radiators to the front door or even just onto my property. I appreciate the driver is mot insured but no common sense used. Very unhappy and most likely to use again”

“Package (shower tary riser) arrived damaged , on opening, contents missing and riser damged (kinked and torn). Issue raised via web site (photos sent), no adequate resposse over a week later”

“All items showed in stock on 11th Feb. My order didn’t arrive until the 26th, following notification with tracking links etc that it would arrive on the 24th. Appalling service. Wouldn’t touch them with a barge pole.”

“Initially I was given a delivery date of 17th April.Emailed to say this was not good enough.In the mean time (after 4 days) I'm told my delivery is on its way?.when fitting the waste to the bath, it was apparent that the click clack did not work (the plug fell out of the plug hole), I emailed to request a replacement.I have since 're emailed as I have had no answer .I have purchased another waste as I could not wait any longer”
